fasting_hadith_1_body	Abu Qatadah al-Ansari narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about fasting on Mondays. He said: “On that day I was born, and on it the Revelation came to me.”	আবূ কাতাদাহ (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ (সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম)-কে সোমবার দিনে রোযা রাখা সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসা করা হলে তিনি বললেন, “ওটি এমন একটি দিন, যেদিন আমার জন্ম হয়েছে, যেদিন আমি (নবীরূপে) প্রেরিত হয়েছি অথবা ঐ দিনে আমার প্রতি (সর্বপ্রথম) ‘অহী’ অবতীর্ণ করা হয়েছে।”

aiyame_bij_hadith_1_body	The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to command us to fast the days of the white (nights): thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth of the month. He said: This is like keeping perpetual fast.	রাসূলুল্লাহ (সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) আইয়ামে বীয অর্থৎ চাদেঁর ১৩, ১৪ ও ১৫ তারিখে সওম পালনে আমাদেরকে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) বলেছেনঃ এগুলো সারা বছর রোযা রাখার সমতুল্য।

aiyame_bij_hadith_2_body	My friend (the Prophet (ﷺ) ) advised me to observe three things: (1) to fast three days a month; (2) to pray two rak`at of Duha prayer (forenoon prayer); and (3) to pray witr before sleeping.	আমার বন্ধু (সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) আমাকে তিনটি বিষয়ে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন, প্রতি মাসে তিন দিন করে সওম পালন করা এবং দু’রাক’আত সলাতুয-যুহা এবং ঘুমানোর পূর্বে বিতর সালাত আদায় করা।

friday_sunnah_hadith_1_body	Whoever takes a bath on a Friday and does it well, and purifies himself and does it well, and puts on his best clothes, and puts on whatever Allah decrees for him of the perfume of his family, then comes to the mosque and does not engage in idle talk or separate (pushing between) two people; he will be forgiven for (his sins) between that day and the previous Friday.	যে ব্যক্তি জুমুআহ্‌র দিন উত্তমরূপে গোসল করে, উত্তমরূপে পবিত্রতা অর্জন করে, তার উৎকৃষ্ট পোশাক পরিধান করে এবং আল্লাহ তার পরিবারের জন্য যে সুগন্ধির ব্যবস্থা করেছেন, তা শরীরে লাগায়, এরপর জুমুআহ্‌র সলাতে এসে অনর্থক আচরণ না করে এবং দু’জনের মাঝে ফাঁক করে অগ্রসর না হয়, তার এক জুমুআহ থেকে পরবর্তী জুমুআহ্‌র মধ্যবর্তী সময়ের গুনাহমসূহ ক্ষমা করা হয়।
